Is a 32th note melody with a 50 bpm tempo equal to a 16th note with 80 bpm tempo? Sorry but Algebra and Music Theory did a Collab apparently?

A 16th note is 1/16th of a whole note
A 32nd note is 1/32nd of a whole note

If all other things are the same (that is, one whole note is equal to another whole note), then 50 of the 32nd notes will be 50/32 whole notes, or 25/16 whole notes or 25 of the 16th notes, not 80.

No.
32nd with 50 bpm = 16th with 100 bpm

Multiply 32*50 = 16*100
