Why are conservatives and Republicans constantly being attacked for stupid "reasons"?

It's gotten way beyond bizarre and obtuse.
In 2016, I voted for then US POTUS candidate Donald Trump. Mostly as a wild card and seemingly w/no other viable option for me. I did not, at that time, experience any attacks or drama as did so many others.
Since then, on various occasions, I expressed my voting choice when prompted/asked. All I got was grief and anger and I simply walked away.

In 2017, I had a massive cerebellar stroke that almost killed me and was in coma for about a week. This was AFTER an ER doc turned me away as I was having the stroke.Shortly after I began a rapid recovery, I began, again, to express I had voted for Trump - but not like an idiot saying it over and over and over.

Since I became more verbalized in expressing my POTUS of choice, attacks became more frequent and violent. My email accounts have been hacked and checking account hacked.

2 days ago, I was forced to resign from my job (ALDOT) within a month after my supervisor asked who I voted for as POTUS. My only complaint a month ago was about a homeless woman who has been stalking myself and another employee at same facility. I was met with an adamant defense from my supervior's boss that she was allowed to be there and sit at my assigned station - which is intended to greet tourists should I not be elsewhere performing my duties. This homeless woman was also angry once she learned myself and this other employee expressed our support for POTUS Trump.
I simply do not get it or understand.

I also think the Democrats are doing what they see as necessary, even though it is desperate.

The Democrats are all about winning elections. It's not sportsmanship, it's do or die. And I think the Democrats are frustrated because they are dying. Everything they try to do is being met and their power is diminishing. So they are still dangerous, but they are getting maniacal about it.

Hundreds of former prosecutors say Trump would have been indicted if he were not president “We believe strongly that, but for the OLC memo, the overwhelming weight of professional judgment would come down in favor of prosecution for the conduct outlined in the Mueller Report," the former federal prosecutors said in a statement
