I weigh about 190-195 lbs, and I ate 192 grams of protein today. They say im supposed to eat 0.82 grams of protein per pound I weigh, which is roughly 160. I ate up to 32 grams of protein more than I should. Am I going to gain fat?

I doubt you're going to gain fat from overdoing it on protein for a day. Some people eat carnivore diets, so they are eating almost all protein, but they lose weight
It could. Depends on how many calories you ate that day. Protein contains calories. Just like fat and carbs. You eat too many calories and the extra ones get stored as fat.
But more importantly, .82 is about twice the amount of protein you should be eating. every reputable source puts the number between .42 and .48. The problem is that the supplement industry makes a lot of money on protein supplements so they have lied to the public and come up with larger numbers.
Excess protein - when it gets broken down - has nitrogen byproducts. Nitrogen is toxic and the liver and kidneys work hard to remove them. You do this often enough and long enough and you can develop liver and/or kidney problems.
there is only so much protein your body can absorb and utilize per meal. It varies depending on the person but for most of us, it is between 20 g and 30 g per meal.
A better way to calculate protein is to first figure out how many calories you need per day. Then you should shoot for something between 20 and 30% of your calories to be from protein. Less than 30% from fat. And the rest carbs. 20/20/60 is considered to be close to ideal.
