What are some healthy hypoglycemic-friendly substitutions for pop tarts?
I am trying to get toned and fit, but my metabolism runs so high that it burns some of my blood sugar regularly. So even though I do have good foods in my diet I do end of with too much sugar on the front end of the day. Usually if I don't my legs could give out on me. Ideally I would like a breakfast that can be kept in my vehicle and last as long as a pop tart does in my stomach. Protein is good to push drops off, but is there anything like that already prepared and sealed?
