Saudi Arabia is trying to bluff with Islam (Halal nightclub)?

Saudi Arabia is launching Night Club in Jeddah town.
 But it will be "Halal Night Club". All of the food here will be lawful. However, the beverage is not available in this nightclub. There will be a part of the nightclub lounge with dance floor. This floor is open for both men and women.
There will be luxurious cafes and lounges. The Halal Nightclub will be a waterfront, with the world s renowned music group s performance. Electronic Dance Music, Commercial Music, HipHop Music can be enjoyed at the Halal Night Club.

It is forbidden to have different men and women together. If so, then the meaning of Halal Nightclubs means insulting Islam.

this will NOT be in Mecca the grand mosque area.,. however this is a separate area, with separate border control and will be strictly monitored, not everyone can just go in and out as they please. you will probably have to have some sort of document like a visa to get in, and be strictly scanned as you leave.... ( yes, I live in Saudi)
