I have indeed heard of him. He's rather notorious in these parts - known as "Spartacus." He is a total media wh0re and will do anything to grab attention. When it comes to actual governing, he's rather inept. He was mayor of Newark and spent more time self aggrandizing, making PC statements and pronunciations than cleaning up the city which is a filthy, crime ridden mess. He groped a classmate back in '92 and smooth talked his way out of it, sidestepping and spinning the issue to make himself look like a victim.
