Should i still hang out with my co-worker?

Last week I came back from my vacation and my co worker wants to know how my trip went. I asked her if she wanted to go get something to eat after work next Friday so I can tell her about it. She said yes and now the day before my manager wants me to work 10hrs. I mentioned that to her and asked if she still wants to go she said “yeah I do, do you mind if I bring my nephew?”

What should I say to her? Should I postpone it and go out another day?

Depends on your underlying motivation. If you legitimately just want to tell her about your trip it shouldn't matter that her nephew is there. But if you were using this as a ploy to start dating her she's made it clear (by bringing the kid) that this isn't what she's up for.
