Why do some anti Israel people seem to think that government expenditure is a zero sum game?
Over the years, I have seen many anti Israel people pointlessly complain about foreign aid to Israel. However, quite a few of them also like to imply (or state explicitly) that foreign aid to Israel reduces spending in other areas. Usually, this is compared to something like funding education, the homeless, veterans, etc. Why do they not seem to realize that is not how government expenditure works?

Actually we don't believe America should have to help fund Israel's military!
It either reduces spending in other areas or it increases future payments on debt interest, and increases inflation. No matter what obfuscatory word games you like to play, government aid to Israel is against the interests of the average American.
By the way, you can take your willful conflation of being against foreign aid to Israel with being "anti-Israel" and shove it up your ***. You're a disingenuous lying troll.
If you truly do not comprehend the either/or construct in the English language, you are too stupid to be commenting on my answers. You can't take the first part of my sentence out of context and pretend that it has meaning on its own.
If you do comprehend the either/or construct in the English language, then you are the lowest form of troll, deliberately wasting my time with nonsense.
Either way, you are now blocked, loser. Have a nice day.
Keep pushing for 110. This is exactly the kind of behavior that will get you there.
