Freedom of speech is a main topic nowadays. It happens because we are talking about a right which is not very well defined, almost anything can be defended using the argument that it is just freedom of speech. It is necessary to teach, along with this right, what is the scope of this fundamnetal liberty.

It's hardly a paragraph, it's two sentences which really don't say anything but mumble, mumble, mumble.

That would depend on the grade level and the assignment.  It is sloppy and does not go anywhere. If this is for grade 9 - 12, I would give it an F.
