Someone I know works for It Works, another works for Monat. In he past I knew someone who worked for Mary-Kay.
A first they were funny, it sometimes the social media posts are a bit much.

Mary Kay is one of the few that can really work. Most of the others are just a scam. Any MLM program that pays more for recruiting new members than then do in sales commissions is usually a bad deal. I've seen people make a lot of money if they rise through the ranks, but I've also seen a lot that made very little in comparison to the amount of time they spent on the activity.

I feel really sorry for people who work for places like that. They really should know better, but... they don't. Their enthusiasm is even more sad. They have no idea that they are wasting their time and money. They don't even understand the basic concepts behind a pyramid scheme and why it simply does not work.
Unfortunately, the average IQ in America has gone down. It used to be around 103, now it's around 94 with the large influx of minorities and the dumbing down of white people because white people now feel "white guilt" and are afraid to "talk white".. as a result, cognitive thinking has sharply declined and more and more people lack the ability to think and reason critically and logically for themselves. This is why there are so many stupid people nowadays.
