In need of help. These lights came on a while ago and when I took my car to the garage they said the throttle body needed replacing, which I did and that that would be the end of the problem. But driving today they have come back on again, the car shudders and jolts before they come on. Please ignore the red light as that was for seatbelts. I’m at a loss as it’s been reoccurring for months. Thanks.

When the check engine light is on, and the way to find out what it means is to pull the trouble codes with an OBD2 code scanner. If you took this picture with the engine not running, those lights SHOULD be lit to demonstrate the bulbs work. If those lights are all on AND the engine is running check the tire pressure, the brakes and ABS system and stability system. There is no reliable way to *guess* what is wrong. OBD2 doesn't guess- it tells the truth by specific codes and their definitions tell which parts or systems need to be tested. Those codes never say "replace this part or that". I fear you bought a throttle body ($$$$$) you didn't need.
Tire pressure, brakes and traction control, you also have an engine warning light on. The first three have nothing to do with the throttle body. The engine warning light needs further investigation.
Those are tire pressure, brakes and traction control. Check that your tires are properly inflated (with the correct pressure) and reset the Tire Pressure Monitoring System using the procedure for your car.
