Lately I've noticed that I have stubborn belly fat. I'm a female, 28 years old. My diet isn't the most pristine.. I do eat chips and other munchies but I also incorporate brown rice and some protien foods. Anyway, I noticed lately I have fat in my stomach I've never had before. It just looks like stubborn fat. How can I get rid of this asap? I am not getting surgery fyi.

First you have to stop eating rice (and all other grains and grain-based foods). Lose the junk food too. No sugar.
Consume healthy fats and make these fats 75% of your daily caloric intake. Consume colorful vegetables up to 20 grams of carbs a day. Eat meats - fatty fish, chicken, beef, pork
Google Diet Doctor Keto for Beginners.
Your fat will melt away at its own pace. Everyone's weight loss journey isn't the same. But Keto is a great way to get rid of belly fat (which is the last fat on our body to go)
Ditch the carbohydrates and starches (and that includes rice), chips and munchies, eat more protein, make 75% of your food vegetables and fruits. With what you're eating you're inviting stubborn belly fat. If you want to get rid of it fast, cut out those nasty foods, eat your veggies, drink a LOT of water, and consider 16:8 fasting (it works wonders).
