If I have a 28 day cycle and the start of my last period was on the 25th of october and ended on the 29th. I had unprotected intercourse on October 30th and my fertile week is September 3rd-9th is their a chance of pregnancy

Sperm can live in you for several days so if you believe in your fertile week prediction, it's a possibility. I'm assuming Sept = Oct, Oct 3rd seems early to me.

I assume you meant your fertile week is estimated at NOVEMBER 3rd to 9th. Yes, THERE is a chance of pregnancy, because you can't determine ovulation in advance, nor can you count days/use an app to calculate it accurately. So if you ovulated even a day or two early, you had sex in your fertile time. But that's okay, because clearly pregnancy is at least a welcome outcome, if not an outright goal, since you didn't use protection.

Unprotected sex always means there is a chance. Before the days of birth control people used the pull out method or estimated dates. Those people used to have 10 - 12 kids. Get on the pill or use condoms (or both).
