But, if all the industrial nations do go down to zero emissions, everyone else will follow suit. 

But, hypothetically, if global emissions drop to the level of which is currently being emitted by the third world, warming would slow down, perhaps by a factor of 100, but will not stop. Carbon dioxide will increase much slower than it has been, but it will increase....Show more
