He violated U.S Code Title 18, Part I, Chapter 79, Section 1622 (subordination of perjury), and thus was named as "individual one, who went on to become president" in Michael Cohen's documents. Cohen admitted to falsely pleading guilty, on behalf of Trump, and at Trump's discretion.
