Yes,   afraid so.........as a Senator, it's actually his duty to do so..........not that he will DO his *sworn* duty and uphold the Constitution......but he does get a vote,  no matter how clearly biased it will be. 

In fact.....I WANT him to vote..... as all the other republican asskissers, and  put their name to the  NOT guilty votes,  so we know who the liars , sychophants and traitors are. 

There is no denying Trump has committed both offenses.....even cons didn't dispute that...........they argued about process and the like.......but they can't defend his actions,  legally and soundly. 

The democrats brought two solid , true charges. 

Now let's see them stand up and swear Trump didn't do those 2 things  when we all know he did. 

They are backed into the corner now, and will either HAVE to vote guilty,  or declare that the president is now  above the law. 

This should be interesting.

1.   According to the Constitution, members of the Senate will vote to remove a President from office after the House has impeached him.

2.  Mitch McConnell is a member of the Senate.
