How do I verify if any grant requests have been filed under my nonprofit organization?

I have a US registered nonprofit organization. I suspect there maybe fraudulent grant requests that may have been filed in Europe under my organization. Is there a way to verify this?

You can't. There are thousands of places to apply, and no central registry.
