You will be judged if your writing is not clear, and easily understood by those it is intended for, which your's is not.  Good grammar is essential, but need not be perfect. I write very informally and have 4 published journal articles, 1 published book chapter, numerous published letters to the editor, 1 award winning website with lots of writing, and 1 unpublished book.
