Any bread is okay as long as you hit your total calories for the day. Total calories is the key for losing weight on the different type of bread you eat.

I’ve tried that bread before... it’s pretty healthy has a lotta fiber and protein. Idk if it helps to lose/gain weight but it is pretty good for u. I personally don’t eat it anymore tho Bc if u have a sensitive stomach, like I do, it can be harder to digest things with lots of seeds and **** in it
