Franklin D. Roosevelt would have been much better at handing this!
Lincoln I do not think so? Toilet paper had not even been invented back then. Yet may have still been better than our present president.

What is needed is a President and administration that will listen to advice from its scientists, doctors and economists.

Lincoln favored expanding federal powers beyond the 10th amendment and Roosevelt was a traitor who provoked the Japanese attack against his own country just so he could involve America in the European war.
