They are good for skin(prevent dark circles,wrinkles,dry skin,sunburn and lighten skin),good for bones,help in insomnia, relieve premenstrual pain,help in digestion, regulate BP, prevent cancer, lower cholesterol etc.....so why will it be bad ???
