Most of it will be covered by insurance. Insurance rates will go up for businesses operating in Black neighborhoods. Less business in black neighborhoods. Less business in black neighborhoods leads to less jobs in black neighborhoods. Less jobs and the cycle continues.

The businesses looted and burned would be foolish to rebuild in high risk " Blue " cities and states . There will be fewer and fewer left to tax .
