No court cares where you are from. What matters is where you were when you did it.
Oddly enough, here in Canada at 17 and 19, cybersex is more serious than real sex. There better be no photos involved because that would be child porn. So if you have child porn on your phone you should delete it. Like you are a 25 year old with child porn on your phone.
