What's wrong with me and should I go see a doctor or someone?

So I'm 24 years old, and any time I hear a loud noise when I'm sleeping, or if anyone wakes me up, even waking me up gently, I wake up in a panic, like adrenaline rushing and shaking and everything but I dont really see anything wrong like it's just normal for me, and when I'm out and about, my heart will just start racing and my hands will be shakey but I feel fine, my friends will ask me what's wrong and I just say "I'm fine, dont even worry." It just feels all natural to me, and my brain just functions like normal, it's just weird. Happens at work, when I'm out and about, it just happens randomly, is this something I should go get checked out for? It doesnt bother me any, my mom says it sounds like PTSD, but I only thought that was like only in like soldiers and just people who have been through some serious sh**.

Maybe it is anxiety just starting.
Yes,go and see a doctor.
Explain to him.

How about you pray to God and ask God about this?
Are you willing for the honest answer?

If you've not experienced any trauma you can't have PTSD. The surges of adrenaline you experience during the day that cause your heart to race and hands shake could be due to anxiety but could also be the result of a physical consition such as a tumour on one of your adrenal glands. I wouldn't worry about the panic attacks you experience on being woken suddenly but the day time stuff on top is a reason to see your doctor. If it all checks out ok then taking a beta blocker regularly should help your symptoms.
