Would Prince William have been allowed to marry Meghan Markle in his position? ?
As an American divorceé, I imagine it would have been interesting to see what would have happened if it were the future king of England rather than Prince Harry. Do you think he would have been allowed to marry a divorced woman who lived outside of the commonwealth?

No. Absolutely not. But mostly because she was a divorced woman.
Absolutely not. They thought it might be okay, since Harry is not in the direct line of succession, but then it dawned on them. They royal family probably could handle her being an American, a Hollywood type, a divorcee, or a black, but all four together? Absolutely not. Off to the colonies with you.
The Queen would most likely have advised against it, but as we’ve seen over the last 25 years, Her Majesty has permitted her immediate family to divorce and remarry, including the heir apparent.
To start with there is no such person as Meghan Markle, as like most women she changed her name the day she married Prince Harry. Secondly why would she want to marry Prince Harry who is her brother in law, when she is happily married to Prince Harry and Prince william is happily Married to Kate. Tell me that troll.
