There will always be people who take advantage of any situation. do you think they're going to just sing kumbaya when there's no cops? No, they'll commit more crimes. more crimes my motherfuking *****! The whole point of having police is to discourage people from breaking the law. If anything, the police need to be more brutal. Jails and prisons should only serve the absolute minimum needed to survive, bread and water.
