After 17 years my dad asked for a paternity test and it was negative. What do I do?
I asked my mom who my father is and all she will say is "I'm not sure" and refuses to talk about it. I'm angry. What do I do?

Get on paternity court. You can get a DNA test and hope it will lead to your father or one of his relatives, who can help you...There is a program, long lost family...contact them see if they can help you. Too bad your mother will not give you names. Does the man you thought was your father know any names? ask him, he may try to help you.

Ask for counseling. And if she doesn't sign you up for it, ask for it at school.

There is no such thing as a negative paternity test. Are you saying your DNA test and his revealed that he is not your biological father?
Based on your other questions, I do understand why he was relieved: "A woman I raped gave me herpes, can I sue?"
FYI, 1 out of 4 women will be sexually molested/raped in her lifetime. Wonder how amusing rape will be when that one is your mother, your sister, your wife, your girlfriend? How very foolish to brag about rape on the open Internet.
