Most important is to eat whole foods ONLY,  drink ONLY water, unsweetened teas and unflavored milk and to exercise regularly.   

This latter means physical activity,  not solely hitting the gym.

Your brain is part of your body,  and a chronically sick body = a chronically sick brain.
