Why are my questions getting deleted? And why is there no notice with the reason or any form of notice at all?

They are deleted by the system when enough people report them, including the rep of the reporters in the math. They have never given a specific reason, just a general one like "chat", long ago. In your case, a "hot or not" "Am I" question is not allowed here, considered chatting. Go to Facebook if you want to ask personal questions. Also, they have no way to know if you have permission to post the picture. You could be bullying others.
