Who deletes my questions?
Why are my questions getting deleted? And why is there no notice with the reason or any form of notice at all?

They are deleted by the system when enough people report them, including the rep of the reporters in the math. They have never given a specific reason, just a general one like "chat", long ago. In your case, a "hot or not" "Am I" question is not allowed here, considered chatting. Go to Facebook if you want to ask personal questions. Also, they have no way to know if you have permission to post the picture. You could be bullying others.

People who are bored hit the report button it takes about 6 or 7 reports and it automacially deletes the question

What you asked was a Chat Question you cant Ask people that on here
As far as who Reported it that you can not Find out as Reporting is Anonymous

Any member of the Yahoo! Answers community has the ability to report a question or answer on this site. So it’s not just one particular person. It could be anybody.

Users who believe your questions are "chatting" will report them and get them deleted.
