Why do i get hyped when i see my own muscles or sixpack?
Everytime i see myself in a mirror or when i touch my abs or pecs and flex i feel super hyped and want to flex even more
It's gotten more extreme the more muscular i've got, i didn't feel that way back when i was skinny

I told my Doctor had 2 checkups now (first one in july, last one last monday) and everything is fine, i'm just "too muscular" for my age (also my body now is made of 67% muscle, normal is 35-40% and with normal workout up to 55-60% for guys doing sports for years)
I continue working out normally without any supplements beside protein if needed.
My parents were asking questions for the past months becuase they say i look too strong but they think it's because of 'normal' working out and tried to get me to take not not that serious.
Should i tell them? (as all is fine as the doctor said)Rn just my best friend knows about it

Like taking it really serious at the age of 15,
Going to the gym 5-6 Times per week for 1-2 hours (depending on the workout / day)
Taking the diet serious etc.
Basically a Teen being ripped and having the the same muscle amount and strength than a untrained person which is like 6-8 years older

And I got 68% SMM, 8% Bodyfat and i got told that 68% is too muchHe told me that normal is 30-40% and even bodybuilders stay at about 60%
Do you think it's really too much?
