What do you think about a teen being a bodybuilder?

Like taking it really serious at the age of 15,

Going to the gym 5-6 Times per week for 1-2 hours (depending on the workout / day)

Taking the diet serious etc.

Basically a Teen being ripped and having the the same muscle amount and strength than a untrained person which is like 6-8 years older

If they have the discipline to do it I think it's fine. I've heard you become a slave to your body doing that and the muscles will go to flab easily if you miss a couple workouts.

I think your time could be better spent doing something that will have lasting value rather than slip away if you can no longer give it ten or fifteen hours a week.

Yeah, looking buff is great, but it doesn't serve you real well in the long term.

It will stunt their growth if they become too muscular.
