Can I mix oxiclean and bissel cleaner ?

I’m trying to shampoo my floor carpet. I put oxy clean already and I just bought a bissel shampooer . The oxy has been sitting for like 5 hours . I’m wondering if I can put the bissel cleaner on top or should I do it tomorrow ? If I wait til tomorrow will the oxy wear off ?
