Moving out of the US?

Okay everyone I need help! I really want to leave the US. Everything happening here just seems so scary (shootings, kidnapping, etc) and I was thinking of going to Spain. The thing is I will miss my family, sense of Mexican identity (I speak Spanish and love my Mexican culture) I was wondering if there are Mexicans in Spain and if there were parts I could go to when Im feeling homesick and just want to dance banda and listen to mariachi. Also im majoring in supply chain management and was wondering what the job opportunities for that field is like. Any and all input is appreciated

Consider dual citizenship if possible. Keep in mind that it’s not as easy for Americans to immigrate to European countries as it was before

I don't know if there are that many Mexicans in Spain. However when I go there it seems that there are a lot of people from Central and South America and of what used to be the Spanish Caribbeans.
If you are an IT profissional, I'm sure it will be easy for you to get a job.

Can you legally work in the EU?  Are you independently wealthy?  If neither of those, you can't "just move to another country".  This is 2020, not 1970.
