Democrats - what gets you excited, fired up about Joe Biden?
I've asked some of my liberal colleagues this question, and after a blank look, they usually say something like "he's a really good guy." If possible, please reply without mentioning Donald Trump (I know that's very difficult).

Almost a year ago I was having dinner with some of my family and asked them their opinions regarding the Democrats running for president at the time. MY opinion was that Biden would end up being the candidate, based on the fact that he's more center than some of the others. I live in Vermont, and I think Bernie is a fine senator, but he's just a bit too left to have won the nomination and then presidency. I think most Americans are centrists -- with leanings towards left and right. I will never agree 100% with any president -- even those who are Democrat. I look for someone who's closest to what I think is best for the US, and Biden does that. To be honest, I can't ever remember being "fired up" about any presidential candidate in the 40 years I've been voting. For me, it's more of an alignment thing.
Being Canadian, I can't vote for either. However, after observation of the criminal serial-lying fat dotard Orange Fraud at "work", I content that anyone who gives even fleeting thought to voting for that trash proves themselves to be a fool of the First Division. He's been an unmitigated disaster for the U.S. Biden at least brings competence & stability.
Who was the person inside the Obama administration to save the auto industry and the million jobs that are attached to it in the industrial Midwest? It was Joe Biden. Michigan is not going to forget. We were on our knees and Joe Biden picked us up and carried us on his shoulders.
