What happens if Trump wins the election but he and Pence are both dead?

If Trump and Pence both die, Speaker Pelosi becomes president.  Whoever dies last can't appoint a replacement vice president, because he or she has to be confirmed by majorities in the House and Senate, and that won't happen in the House.  So if Pelosi is president, and Trump wins but he and Pence are both dead, does that mean that Pelosi is President for 4 years until 01/20/2025?  Does the date they die make a difference?  Is there a cutoff date where the Republicans can't put in a replacement candidate?

The electoral college votes this year on December 14.  Not You's answer makes sense up until December 14, although most states have laws preventing electors from voting for someone else, and I don't know how that would work if both Trump and Pence were dead.  But if they weren't both dead until after December 14 but before the inauguration, what would happen?

If both died, Pelosi would become acting president to finish the term. The next term would be decided by electors. Assuming the GOP won the presidential election, they would probably pick whoever the GOP endorsed to be president.

Pelosi can't make it to 2025 so next in line is Chuck Grassley, who is unknown so he might actually get something done.
