Arms hurting for 4 days after 150 press-ups ?

Okay, so I’m not at all strong. I get annoyed by people teasing me because of it, so I attempted 150 press-ups and, despite 4 days having passed, I still cannot move my arms. What really makes this a scary experience for me is that I read on the internet and even saw in numerous YouTube videos about a condition called rhabdomyolysis, which results from pushing exercise way too far, which causes muscle proteins to bleed into the bloodstream, thus damaging the liver and kidneys. Will I be okay or have I really done it this time?
