Technically, no. A clone has totally identical DNA. That's what makes it a clone.
But we can 'genetically engineer' genes together from various individuals, even different organisms. And some politicians and journalists also call this 'cloning', though scientifically that's the wrong word. Using CRISPR technology, you could create totally individual, unique plants or animals. Or people.
