Did Obamacare disappoint tou in any way? Who was left with higher premiums after filing claims if Insurance and/or fighting with Hospitals ?

Or insurance claims?

Well my premiums are fairly high, but they haven't increased due to filing claims. (like sometimes happens with home or auto insurance).

Under the ACA, health insurance has become more like "catastrophic insurance" rather than first-dollar coverage with caps, like many policies used to be.

So the coverage is generally worse for the "average" person, in that they often have a high deductible, and a typical person won't get much benefit from it.

BUT, the ACA is a godsend for people who get really sick. If your only use of your health insurance is a few random doctor's visits each year, it won't help you very much, but if you get cancer, it's going to save your life.

Another issue is that the ACA mandates better coverage for people who get really sick, but it doesn't address the underlying cost of care at all. So the coverage ends up being expensive because the costs it pays are expensive. I had an issue a while back and had to take a prescription med that cost $1,000 per month - really? I bet it costs $100/month in Canada.

My insurance cost four times what it used to with a deductible that is six times higher, and it only pays 80% until I hit a cap. It sucks balls.

Obongocare is a complete disaster. It must be completely destroyed.
