Based on Fox news Court defense why are they allowed to be treated like legitimate new stations?
1 Fox news has literally argued in court that what they present is just for entertainment purposes and the views of the host and correspondence do not reflect reality if that's what they argued in court then there should be a permanent disclaimer on them and it should not allow Fox news to be treated as a legitimate news source.
