Putin. Putin is just a tyrant. Jinping is a dictator who thinks it's still the 20th century during the time of territorial expansion. China is developing more adversaries each week. Even Rodrigo Duterte of the Philippines isn't fond of China at this point because of the South China Sea crap....Show more
