Should Biden vaccinate the Chinese for covid first since they had it first?

Trump thought Americans should be vaccinated first.  But, it could be part of a way to get back in the good graces of the Chinese.

China and Russia developed a vaccine together. The vaccine produced by private company Pfizer was probably funded by the Germans.

The inventers of the Chinese weaponized flu should have developed an antidote as they were developing the weapon that they were going to store for future use, if needed.
