What are your thoughts on Million Mega crowd size? Is Trump ending his presidency the same way it started - Lying about crowd size?

Kayleigh McEnanyclaimed in a tweet "More than one MILLION marchers for President @realDonaldTrump descend on the swamp in support." WaPo estimated it at a few thousand, a GENEROUS estiamte was 50,000 = only 5% of a million, meaning 95% stayed home.
An over-estimate similar to what Sean Spicer claimed in 2018 for the inauguration:

Contrast that with estimated 440,000 to 500,000 women who showed up (in pink pussie hats, no less) to protest Trump the day after his inauguration (1/21/17):

Mcenany is the biggest airhead in the world. Every time I hear her speak, I just want to slap her upside the head for telling such lies or actually believing what she says is true.

The population of DC is about 800,000. Does anyone really believe that the number of visitors outnumber the residents.
