Why is it wrong to get on welfare if you don't actually need it and just don't feel like working?

Welfare is not a lot of money. You won't be comfortably eating $20 lunches at a family restaurant, or be able to afford a premium cell phone plan. You'll live in cheap apartments with bad neighbors. Kind of depressing.
