Hello, all!
I am working on a project for a mechanical engineering class. The project is to write a paper about an itme that has 10 components and how those components are made. Problem is, I'm an electronics guy (Class is required for an electrical engineering degree) and I'm having a hard time coming up with a product with 10 mechanicle products.
Any ideas on what I could write on?

How about picking a component in a car engine? Like: a fuel pump, carburetor, fuel injection, brakes, clutch, automatic transmission, accelerator linkage, manual shifter, etc. All are candidates that have more than 10 parts. The accelerator linkage might be the simplest.
