When you write a Christmas card that has photos after the sentiment you write something like peace love and happiness or love the so-and-so family and then you list out the family members but if you say the so-and-so family members and list of those family members people like my fiance as well as my brother's girlfriend have a different last name so how can we include them in the Christmas card with a different last name? Any ideas on how to include their names in the Christmas card when it says the blah blah blah family and their last name is not blah blah blah

In what Universe do you "list out the family members"?  I wasn't aware of this requirement.  My cards are printed with our names.

You can either write out everyone’s name, or just put from The Smith Family.
In listing names just group them together,

Mom and dad. Brother and girlfriend. You and fiancé.   Don’t put last names. 
Merry  Christmas from all of us,
Bill and Sue.  Tom and Jane. Kris and Bob.

You could put  Bill, Sue, Tom and Kris Smith.
Jane Jones and Bob Barnes.
But I think that is over kill.  Do the people you are sending this to really need to see their last names?
