If you meant 100 heads in 100 consecutive tosses, you have a better chance of the Powerball lottery getting exactly the same 5+1 numbers on each of four consecutive games  than getting those 100 heads with a fair coin and toss.

The only sensible conclusion is that the coin is bogus or the toss is rigged (or both).

If the probability of heads on each toss is p, the probability of 100 consecutive heads is p^100.  For that to equal, say, 0.001 so that you had a 1 in 1000 chance of getting those 100 heads right away, then

    p^100 = 0.001
    100 log p = -3      [base ten logarithms]
    log p = -0.03
    p ~~ 0.977

    1 - p ~~ 0.023

The probability of getting tails on any give toss is about 2.3%.

No.  If anything, your odds of getting tails decreases, because you are probably dealing with an "unfair" coin !!

Believing that the odds are dependent on prior outcomes would be the gambler's fallacy.

Answer:
No, assuming it is a fair coin, it is still 50:50 odds.
