You can very rarely but it best to ask your locals vet. Sometimes it is good for a animals if they have some problems but animals can get diabetes and fruit has ALOT of natural sugar in. It could upset you let’s gut.

My dog got sweetpotatoes and pumpkin and some avocado, my cat wouldnt been seen in the same room with a fruit or veggie

Felines can't digest carbohydrates, so feeding your feline fruits and vegetables will give your feline diarrhea, not that you could get your feline to eat fruits or vegetables anyway.
