No, they may well all be different.
Each individual seed is pollinated by a separate grain of pollen, and is itself from a separate ovum. The seeds within any given fruit a no more identical than the seeds of two separate fruits on the same plant.
Think of all of the seeds inside one fruit as non-identical twins: they may be born at the same time, but they are no more similar than any normal siblings.
To give you an example, I grew some F2 tomato plants this year, and all of them were quite different from each other and quite different from the parent variety, despite the fact that all of the seeds came from the same fruit.
