My dad said he ate python years ago when he worked in India. They cut it into steaks and cooked it that way. I’ve eaten alligator when we visit Florida - why not python? They’ve become a serious problem, and it’s one more way to get rid of them.

I would try it. Alligator and shark aren’t bad. And if it became popular, it would help control the overpopulation in the Everglades.
